As Community Summit North America 2024 approaches, we’re excited to highlight President of New Dynamic, Jeff Ney’s, recent appearance on the Biz Apps Partner Podcast with John Siefert. During the episode, Jeff explored the modularization of Dynamics 365 CE, how AI is transforming the platform, and why partners need to stay ahead of these innovations to better serve customers. 

Jeff emphasized that the rise of AI, especially with Microsoft Copilot, presents both challenges and opportunities for partners. As these advancements accelerate, he encouraged partners to adopt AI-driven tools to deliver more creative, effective solutions for their clients.
